Procurement Consultancy

Our Procurement Consultancy Services include:

• Preparation and review of procurement plans and the planning of schedules in line with procurement procedures, consistent with acceptable international standards of The World Bank, ADB, and UNCTRAL.
• Preparation and review of bidding documents (including Technical Specifications) in line with The World Bank guidelines for acquisition of goods and works (for international & local competitive bidding for the World Bank and other international financial institutions’ assisted development projects in Nigeria
• Preparation and review of evaluation reports resulting from international competitive bidding or local competitive bidding for the acquisition of goods and works in accordance with the procedure specified in bidding documents prepared under The World Bank and other international finance institutions’ guidelines.
• Preparation and review of Requests for Proposal (RFP) for Consultancy Services, including the Terms of Reference [TOR], Cost Estimates, Short Listing of Firms, Evaluation of Technical & Financial Proposal and Negotiation of Contracts.
• Conduct of procurement health checks, procurement monitoring, procurement auditing and benchmarking.
