  • Procurement, Financial and Management skills.
  • An in-depth theoretical and practical grasp of the World Bank assisted projects.
  • Extensive knowledge in Needs Assessment, Appraisal Documentations, Project Conceptualization, Project procurement planning/scheduling, implementation, management, monitoring& evaluation, procurement audit, Mid-Term Review (MTR), Project Completion Report (PCR).
