Contract Management

Our Contract Management services include:

• Negotiation drafting and/or review of contracts involving procurement of goods, works and consultancy services, taking cognition of the peculiarities of the subject matter of each procurement such as IT, health equipment, etc.
• Provision of contract management services, including contract monitoring to ensure that project implementation is undertaken with utmost efficiency and in full compliance with contract specifications.
• Assistance with the development of service level agreements for projects related to information and communications technology and other projects requiring strict competences in implementation.
• Encouragement and Management of joint venture contracts (JVCs) between foreign and local contractors where the local contractor lacks the competence to independently send in a bid. HSL believes that there should be a financially beneficial ambiance for local contractors and this is one way this can be achieved.
