Financial Advisory Services

Our Financial Advisory services include:

• Preparation of annual disbursement schedules for submission to the World Bank and other financing institutions.
• Examination/review of disbursement requests submitted for procuring entities and projects (to ensure compliance with the disbursement procedures and the financial operations manual of the project).
• Monitoring of monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts related to the project.
• Securing import duty and VAT exemption certificates for imported goods, from the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Inland Revenue Service; This which forms the subject matter of the development projects.
• Preparation of disbursement application forms for drawdown of the World Bank or other IFI funds (both for opening of Letters of Credit and Direct Payment).
