Project Management

Our Project Management services include:

• Evaluation of project feasibility and conformity with sector development objectives.
• Preparation and provision of advice on project needs assessment and costing.
• Provision of Advising on suitable procurement arrangements for projects that guarantee the effective and efficient utilization of project resources.
• Review of existing project procurement arrangements, identification of areas with bottlenecks and the provision of fit for purpose the solution that guarantees timely delivery of results.
• Co-ordination with projects and other relevant government entities to ensure that disbursement requests are in accordance with the appraisal report.
• Participation in projects; procurements, financial and technical supervision missions and in general portfolio review missions.
• Provision of guidance to project implementation units [PIUs] on World Bank guidelines & procedures.
• Assistance of IFI projects with the establishment of standard recording, monitoring and reporting formats.
• Desk review, monitoring, and analysis of quarterly and annual reports.
• Assistance with monitoring and clearance of procured goods from the ports to final destinations, installation, and commissioning.
